PILATES
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. There are 6 principles of Pilates (concentration, control, centre, flow precision and breathing) all designed to work the body and improve your state of mind. Pilates workouts are mostly mat-based, so our instructors can help tailor to your personal fitness levels, and are suitable for complete beginners.
BODYPUMP
A total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. World leading Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!
MUSCLE TONE
Muscle Tone is a full body aerobic, strength and conditioning workout. This class is interval based and combines strength training with high intensity cardio bursts.
YOGA
Yoga is a low intensity form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing as well as balance. Thursday – Freestyle fitness Yoga – Saturday – Dynamic, Hatha yoga
