Having been in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years I can confidently say that I am in a position to draw upon huge experience to provide Personal Training that you can believe and trust in. Over the years I have developed training programmes for a wide range of age and abilities. I’ve worked as a group fitness instructor (Spinning, yoga, aerobics and more) and also a Fitness Assessor. Training with me will give you results, be safe, structured and will be something you will look forward to doing. Over the years my knowledge in strength and weight training has developed, and this is the area where my passion lies.

As a competitive bodybuilder herself, Hollie is passionate in educating people about how to train & why, so that you can feel empowered to train in the gym alone too.

Tom is a level 3 qualified Personal trainer. His main goal is to help people gain knowledge of exercise and become healthier and happier with themselves. Drawing on previous experiences from rugby, marathons and triathlons to mountain obstacle courses, Tom aims to make training enjoyable and specific to the individual.
He is qualified in anti and postnatal exercise and has helped clients stay active during their pregnancy and recover after the birth. He has also helped in various injury recovery processes with clients.

I’m Luke, owner and trainer at @thetrainingroom.world located in Jersey, Channel Islands. I’ve been a full-time Personal Trainer for the last 8 years and have a huge passion in helping others achieve life and fitness goals whilst developing their knowledge using my experience in both fields.
